Privacy Policy
Last revised: September 2026
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy governs how personal data of visitors to mr-rak.com (the “Site”) is collected, stored and processed by sole proprietor Roman Bezverkhyi (the “Operator”).
2. What data we collect
While you use the Site we may collect the following data:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The text of messages sent through the contact form
- Technical data: browser type, language, screen size, date and time of the visit, country derived from the IP address
- Behaviour on the Site: which pages you opened, where you clicked, how far you scrolled, and a session recording that excludes the contents of input fields
- Traffic source tags and advertising click identifiers — which link, channel or ad brought you to the Site
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used solely for:
- Contacting you in response to your enquiry
- Providing consultations and information about our services
- Fulfilling contractual obligations
- Improving service quality and the usability of the Site
- Understanding which channels and ads bring us clients, so that money is not spent on the ones that do not work
4. Who receives the data
To run the Site we use companies that process data on our behalf:
- Umami Software, Inc. — anonymous visit statistics (servers in the USA and the EU)
- Microsoft Corporation — the Microsoft Clarity service: heatmaps and session recordings
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of the Site
- Supabase Inc. — the database that stores enquiries
Your data is not shared with anyone else, except where required by the law of Ukraine.
5. Visit statistics
We count visits with Umami: how many people came, which pages they opened, where they came from, and how many of them left an enquiry. This data is anonymous — it cannot identify you.
Umami sets no cookies and writes nothing to your device, so no consent is required for these statistics.
6. Session recordings and heatmaps
Microsoft Clarity produces heatmaps (where visitors click and how far they scroll) and session recordings, so that we can see where the Site is awkward to use.
The contents of input fields — your name, phone, email and message — are masked in your own browser BEFORE anything is sent, so they never reach Microsoft servers. The strictest masking mode is used.
Clarity writes its own cookies to your device (including _clck, _clsk, _uetvid) to tell repeat visits apart.
Recordings are kept for 30 days. Heatmaps and individually saved recordings are kept for up to 9 months.
7. Traffic source tags and advertising identifiers
If you arrive through a tagged link (from social media, a newsletter or an ad), we store those tags and the advertising click identifier together with your enquiry. This serves exactly one purpose: knowing which channel brings clients. We do not store your IP address alongside these tags.
8. Consent for visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you open the Site from a country of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we show a consent banner and write nothing to your device until you answer.
Your consent enables two things: session recordings in Microsoft Clarity and the storing of traffic source tags. Anonymous visit statistics work regardless of consent because they use no cookies.
You can change your mind at any time: clear the Site cookies in your browser and the consent banner will appear again.
9. How to opt out
There are several ways, and any of them works:
- Press “Decline” in the consent banner — if you are visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
- Turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser — we honour it and will not count your visit
- Use any content blocker — none of these services is required for the Site to work
- Email the Operator asking for your data to be deleted
10. Data protection
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
11. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Obtain information about the processing of your data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent to processing
To exercise your rights, write to: Bezverhe92@ukr.net
12. Changes to this Policy
The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
