About the service
Certified Australian redclaw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) broodstock from MrRak's own hatchery. Individuals are selected by hand: healthy, active, with a full set of limbs and no signs of disease — the quality of the broodstock decides directly how many juveniles you get in the very first cycle. Stock is supplied in families of 3 females and 1 male, which matches the sex ratio a working group needs and is ready to breed straight away. It suits both starting your own hatchery and refreshing or expanding an existing one. Every batch comes with a consultation on housing and breeding.
