About the service
Live Australian redclaw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) from our own farm. The grade is mixed, predominantly male: in this species the male grows larger and carries the distinctive red claw the animal is known for. It is raised in a recirculating system with controlled temperature and water quality, so it is available all year round rather than only in the catching season. Delivery within Ukraine is paid by the buyer at the carrier's tariff, and the packing is designed for transporting live crayfish. For restaurants and retailers we agree regular supply volumes and schedules separately.

Why are the crayfish blue?
This is the Australian redclaw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus): its shell is naturally blue-green, and males have a red patch on the claw. It is not dye and it is not a disease — that is simply the species.
